Servante Parray Biography

I was born and raised in Venezuela and received some of my primary and advanced education over there. From an early age I had a great interest and passion for business. So I decided to do four years in Business Management, at the University of Simon Bolivar. There I learned about the foundation of business and the diversity of ways that an entrepreneur can develop their business and the steps to be taken to be successful in this industry. After graduating, I decided to migrate to the USA because I wanted a better future for myself and my family. I always knew that in order to succeed in life I had to work hard for my goals, being optimistic and strive in every way regardless of the situation. Shortly after arriving in this country I went back to school to obtain my Associates in Business Management, and also took
Real Estate classes to expand my knowledge about this growing industry. Due to my goal oriented attitude I took these classes while I was working and taking care of my family.

My brother introduced me to the Real Estate industry. He is a successful individual who
has been doing this business for more than 20 years. With that being said, I realize that doing Real Estate was a great opportunity to grow and succeed in the different areas of marketing. I strongly believe that my goal oriented attitude, assertiveness, creativity and the way in which I run my business is more advanced than the market’s competition since I approach every business opportunity in a way that the average Realtor would not; in order to help my clients and ensure that their purchase has been a satisfactory experience for them.

I have been a full time Realtor for over 8 years, with experience in Listing and Selling properties in Suffolk, Nassau and Queens. I pride myself in taking an integral role in every business transaction, not only as a strong negotiator but also as an individual who keeps herself ahead of every step. For instance, from home inspection to perform contracts signing, to appraisal and Mortgage commitment for the assistance with relocation. I specialize in the selling of rentals, assist with short sales, and finding homes for buyers, REO properties, and foreclosure. I always take the time to clear explain any concerns, and answer questions or requests needed from my clients, and also accommodate them by making myself available on the weekends; so I could help them on their available time and observe in detail what properties they are interested in.

I have been able to manage time and consistently improve my efforts to the highest potential. What satisfies me the most is knowing that I have been able to put a smile on each of my client's face by selling their houses or helping them buy a new home, which ultimately lead me to receive a satisfactory compensation for the excellent service I always provided. In order to have a positive outcome in my career, I have always believed on the principal of putting each client at the center of the process, and delivering a superior service with innovation insight, coupled with work ethic and integrity.

Having the right Real Estate Agent means having an agent who is committed to helping their client to buy or sell their home by understanding their needs, but most importantly,having a high level of expertise in the local market. This means to also help the client understand each step of the buying and selling process. This level of commitment and dedication has helped me build a remarkable track record by delivering results and also being commended for my exceptional work.
